Water Damage Caused By Ice Maker Line in Ocean, NJ

Ice maker water line started to leak in the kitchen.  The leak affected the hard wood floors in the kitchen and leaked down into the finished basement.  Drying mats were set up to dry the hardwood floors (as you can see in the after picture) and water extraction and equipment were performed in the finished basement.  The homeowner was lucky they caught the loss before it was worse.  There wasn't any content damage and all materials dried to goal within 3 days, the hard wood floors were saved and the homeowner didn't have have to replace them.  The homeowner and insurance were very happy with our work performed.
